Wildflowers

My photographs of wildflowers tend to be landscapes of flower-covered meadows rather than close-ups of an individual flower. Such scenes usually appear in springtime, away from civilization and grazing animals. Some years see more impressive wildflower displays than others, and adequate rainfall is the most important contributing factor. A beautiful flower-covered meadow that extends as far as the eye can see is a thrill to behold, and a glimpse back in time to an unspoiled paradise that was once our world.
